respected sir this time i am too much worried about my mother because its liver problem we will check all the test in which show the asrosis of liver and in abdomen and lungs show the amount of water . in the ultrasound report mentioned in the liver size is (12.7 cm from MCL) . Coarse hepatic texture with mixed echogenicity , Margins are irregular. No focal lesion seen . Both extra and intra hepatic Biliary Cannels Are normal Caliber . Portal vein (1.2cm ) and CBD 4mm is normal. GB: NO Seen Spleen : Enlarged in size (14.8 cm) No cyst or Mass See no Focal Lesion Is seen. NO accessory spleen Is Seen Imperssion : Advance Coarse hepatic Texture (CLD) Left sided pleural effusion , Splenomegary** Sir PLease help me for this situation because i am too much worried about my mother .
