It is indeed possible to change the shape of your nostrils? This surgery is known as nostrilplasty. It may or may not be combined with rhinoplasty.

Changing the shape of your nostrils can be a welcome change or it can change your face so much that you wish you'd done nothing to your nose in the first place. It is important to clearly state that nostrils come in all shapes and sizes. And all of these shapes and sizes fall on the spectrum of normal. Not everyone's nose width is going to fall between the inner eyes!!
