Product Information

This medication is recommended in the management of osteoporosis (bone disorder in which the bones become extremely weak) in men and post-menopausal women.

Patients using this medication may at times experience headache, nausea, vomiting, and hypophosphatemia (decreased level of phosphates in blood). If you experience any of these symptoms for a long period of time, consult your doctor immediately.

This medication is not recommended in patients allergic to bisphosphonates.

Please consult your doctor before taking this medicine if you have any of these conditions; Hepatic or renal impairment (liver or kidney disorder) or any of the following stomach disorders like inflammatory bowel disorders, chronic ulcerations, intestinal obstructions, or chronic digestive or absorption problems.
