My mother has some issues on the legs, she was so uncomfortable while walking, and she has to take care of the knees everytime. So yesterday i called for an appointment of Dr. Nooruddin, the receptionist say it is on the spot appointment and its on the basis of first come first served. Timing of Dr. is only 1 hr, from 9am to 10 am. i asked whether the Dr. available on time so he said yes, obviously. So the next day i reached there at 8:45 to get the first appointment. After taking appointment i was waiting for my turn. There was one more lady who were there and took appointment before me. Time passes, and clock turns to 09:15, i asked the receptionist when the Dr. usually came, he replied me with the answer, he usually come till 09:15, he will be here soon. so i wait there. Time kills and hit the clock 09:30, but there is no sign of Dr. I asked again but got the same response. i got so frustrated what the hell is going on in the hospital? if they don't have to follow the schedule, or rule why the hell they give the people appointment, its not only a matter of time, its a matter of their reputation, their professionalism, i was so disappointed with the service. and in the end i have to leave the hospital without any treatment.

I am a Football player and the last 6 months i have been suffering with groin pain on my left hand side and feels like it is on the pubic bone. my symptoms are that it is sore when i crouch, squat, bend forward or stoop forward and also when i run. so after 2 visits to the doctor i have had a x-ray of pelvic and a Bone scan both of which have shown up nothing. i am getting extremely frustrated now and was wondering if there was any other options open to me which may help. any advice would be much appreciated Contact 0345-2228079
