A few years back when I was visiting Pakistan, I found out I was pregnant. And had the misfortune of visiting dr Sadiah . I was 42 with 3 grown up kids , so it was a surprise pregnancy. And I did mention it to her . After a month and a lot of ultrasounds we found it that there were a lot of complications and naturally I was upset . But my biggest mistake was to cry in front of her when I found out that the baby will not survive and she had the guts to tell me why are you crying as you didn't plan the baby in the first place. I don't know if she is a Muslim or not , she lacks compassion and humility.

Today my wife had a very bad experience being a patient of Dr. Aziza Kapadia. She had a appointment with Dr. Aziza at RIMS Hospital Karachi. Due to Chehlum and non availability of the cellular service I sent my brother to take an appointment at around 1030 am. Where he paid Rs. 1300 and took the appointment. The hospital staff did not inform that the receipt no 42814 must be produced by the patient while during the checkup in Dr. Room. When my wife reached with her 20 days old baby for checkup Dr.Aziza demanded the receipt which was with my brother and he was in his office. We were not able to contact him due to cell network not available. Dr. Aziza straight away told my wife that she can't see her unless the receipt is produced. This reminded me a famous Hindi film Munna bhai MBBS. Beside my request that turned into quarrel with Hospital staff they did not facilitated us. And Dr. Aziza refused to see my wife besides payment was made in morning and the record was available in their software. It's becoming quite common that this noble profession is becoming more commercial where a simple computerised slip is more important than a patient. And people like Dr. Aziza must understand that there is a big difference between a Doctor and a Butcher.

Dr. Sadia Ahsan Pal is just a wastage of time. Attitude problem is in her genes and she doesn't listen to patients problem and just do on her own which is dangerous like in my case I was pregnant and she prescribed me heavy antibiotics & medicines. After 3 months of my marriage I was pregnant I didn't know of my pregnancy and she didn't even concerned to request any medical reports from me for pregnancy test. I told her all symptoms that a pregnant women have to face (cramps, feeling to vomit, missing periods for 2 months etc) and she keeps telling me that this happens after marriage. Rather than requesting for Ultrasound she gave me a list for test for (vitamins deficiency , blood group etc ) just for her commissions with the hospitals and ignored to request the major test (ultrasound) that is a pre requisite even for a non-medical consultant. Finally I visited different Dr. and there I discovered in ultrasound report that I am pregnant and now I am taking consultation from her. In my opinion this Dr. is just about fame and making money. Treating patients is not her job and she is competent in her profession.

I had a wonderful first experience at the Clinic. Dr. Aziza Kapadia was professional and personable, making me feel immediately at ease as a new patient. She was thorough, explaining the procedure and provided helpful answers to all of my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Kapadia and her staff!
