Dear Dr. sb, my mother had been diagnosed with the hypothyroidism since 1998. She has been taking medicine since then. And in 2006 our doctor suggested us for the operation. Therefore, we decided to follow the doctors advice and my mother's operation took place in 2006. But after a few years my mother was diagnosed with the same disease. Then doctor suggested us to have iodine radiation from LINAR i.e Larkana institute of nuclear medicine and radiotherapy and last year my mother took that medicine too.
