sir hope u will be fine sir we are the resident of tando jan mohmod district mirpurkhas , iam a medica lstudent and my father have a history of cardiac disease HAVE DEVOLOP ANGINA and we got hospitalized and agiography have done which shows 3vd with (LEFT MAIN CORONORY ARTERY NORMAL),( LAD WITH 90% difuse stenosis) , (PROXIMAL CIRCUMFLEX ARTERY WITH 80% DIFUSE STENOSIS) RIGHT POSTERIOR DESCENDING ARTERY WITH 80% TUBULAR STENOSIS . have also a history of bronchial asthma done he also hspitalized at NMC but refused for CABAG in emergency angioplasty have done BY dr Nadeem Rizwi in 18-05-2012 sir now again angina is developing so we admit at nmc for angiography nut INR was raised so dr refuse for angiography . now INR is 3.4 sir what decision we have to take place sir kindly guide me """""""
