Common bile duct has normal caliber (03 mm) there is no evidence of para-aortic lymph node enlargement.No free fluid in peritoneal cavity.IMPRESSION Left renal small calculus. MEDICINES 1-Bryste one tablet a day for 10 days only 2-tablet Dulan one tablet morning and one tablet in evening for onemonth 3-tablet Methbobal one in morning and one in evening for one month when Brysic for 10 days we're continues the swelling subsides but now again it start swilling and yes one more injection Indrop D 4 for each week's and 2 for each month's Now Dr Sb What To Do next Thanks
