Dr. Arif Herekar - Neurologist in Karachi

I feel compelled to provide an honest and forthright review of my encounter with Dr. Arif Herekar, a neurologist whose unprofessional behavior and questionable practices left me deeply dissatisfied. It is my genuine belief that potential patients should be aware of the unpleasant experience I had with him, motivating them to explore other options rather than subjecting themselves to his unimpressive services. From the moment I stepped into Dr. Herekar's office, it was evident that professionalism was not a priority for him. Instead of treating patients with the respect and empathy they deserve, he displayed an arrogant and dismissive attitude. His condescending tone and lack of patience were appalling, leaving me feeling disrespected and unheard. Additionally, Dr. Herekar's blatant disregard for standard procedures and integrity raises serious concerns about his competence. Contrary to the accepted standards of medical practice, he refused to provide me with proper documentation from an ISO-certified hospital, opting to conduct unnecessary and exorbitantly priced tests through his chosen referral sources at alternative locations. This disregard for established protocols not only raises questions about his professional ethics but also showcases his willingness to prioritize personal gain over patient well-being. I must stress that my visit to Dr. Herekar was an outright disappointment. I am left feeling disillusioned and let down by his subpar services, which have led me to the firm decision that I will never seek his assistance again. Equally important, I cannot in good conscience recommend him to anyone seeking neurological care. In conclusion, Dr. Arif Herekar's unprofessional conduct, disconcerting attitude, and questionable practices have left an indelible mark on my experience as his patient. It is my hope that by sharing my candid assessment of his services, prospective patients will be better informed when making decisions regarding their neurologist and be spared the letdown I experienced.

Dear reader's who are searching for a trustworthy doctor for their loved ones. The reality of the situation is that there are only a few good doctors in karachi, and this man isn't one of them. He took advantage of my moms circumstances and gave her the wrong medications (which were very expensive) for more than 2yrs. She has bipolar disorder with psychopathic tendencies. He gave her medications for acidity, depression,and Chinese herb medicine for better memory, I am being completely honest here. This worsened her condition to the point she was relapsing again and again , and had panic attacks consecutively for days in a row. This man stole two years of my moms life away from her. Allah swt will see to this shameless old geezer when he's in the grave. He's educated , but his heart and and soul are filthy and rotten like . Please DO NOT TRUST HIM. AOA, Dr Arif ,I want to discuss the case of my husband .He is a military man, developed chiatica in siachin in 2009 , condition got worse , doctor suggested operation, so operated in 2010 in Rawalpindi.... But unluckily developed right foot drop after operation. At that time doctor told me that neurons are intact there is minor injury in neuron and it will be recovered but, as recovery of neuron is 1mm per day, so it will take time, may be one or two years. Now five years have passed but problem persist.Now doctors suggest tendon transfer,but we don't want to undergo any another operation.In Karachi we heard about your expertise in neurology so please guide us what to do? we want to take your expert opinion and for that purpose want to meet you. Nowadays we are in karachi. We also wanted to take your appointment .
