Sir my three month child was suffering from HIE disease. He has subcortical cysts and CSF spaces were seen in his MRI report. He has history of late cry after birth. Is there any permanent treatment of this disease. I am very worried about his future. Reply me please. Thanks

Dear Dr. I am diagnosed with an intra medullary spinal cord tumer 61mm × 14mm size at CV3 through CV6 with associated proximal and distal hydrosyringomyelia, cord expansion & posterior scalloping of the adjacent vertebral bodies. Probably ependymoma. I am a veternary officer at livestock department baluchistan and Alshifa hospital islamabad is on our panel. Is it possible to operate a tumer of this size and type as neurosurgeon's of NMC and Agha khan hospital awared me of terrible risks especially paralysis after surgery. Please tell me what to do now, coz in am facing progressive weakness and numbness in my both upper and lower limbs. Thanks for your kindness.
